It was more than a decade ago when my husband and I use to buy a coffee cake at Starbucks. We went gluten, dairy and processed sugar free and this cake was on my mind a lot. I wanted to create something similar but a healthier version. It turned out how I wanted and even my kids were eating it up so fast I couldn't make enough. The pumpkin spice absolutely outweighs the kale powder you don't even feel it in there but you still get the benefits that this green leaf has to … [Read more...] about Cinnamon Breakfast cake

Tidy home tips for a small house how to create storage in a small space and a minimalist look

Using baskets and wooden boxes for decor so everyday items can be in a convenient location without … [Read more...] about Tidy home tips for a small house how to create storage in a small space and a minimalist look
How to clean fridge weekly and how to deep clean occasionally
We had a very relaxing Sunday and it was time to go through my fridge and clean it a little bit. I also wanted to make our raw veggies ready to eat. I love to use jars for several reasons. They are inexpensive, their shape is so efficient, I can clearly see what's in it and the healthiest option for food storage. Even farther I love how they look. I love that instead of those wild patterned and harsh colored boxes don't take my attention away from the food (they are in that box for … [Read more...] about How to clean fridge weekly and how to deep clean occasionally
