These gluten free dumplings are very easy and fast to make, and it’s a great addition for chicken soup to make it more fulfilling. They are gluten free and can be a great replacement for any noodles, especially if you run out of any kind of noodles or you just want to change it up a little. These dumplings only take two minutes to make, they are simple, and they taste great. They have a soft sort of chewy texture like regular dumplings without the unhealthy gluten.

Gluten Free Dumpling Recipe Details
This recipe for gluten free dumplings is really easy to make, so let me show you how.
Start by boiling a small pot of water with some salt on the stove.

To make these dumplings, you just need to mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

It should look like this. The texture is kind of like a glue.

Then dip the spoon in the boiling water, and get a small scoop of the dumpling dough using the side of the spoon.

Dip the spoon in the water and the dumpling batter should release from the spoon into the boiling water.

Once the gluten free dumplings are boiling, turn down the head to medium.

After two or three minutes, when the dumplings are firm, you can remove them from the boiling water.

It’s time to eat! I really like to put these gluten-free dumplings in chicken soup.

Gluten Free Dumplings
These are tasty gluten-free dumplings that only take two minutes! I love these with chicken soup.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 cup Namaste gluten free flour
Instructions
- Start a pot of boiling water with a pinch of salt.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. You don't want any lumps!
- Dip a spoon in the boiling water, then scoop a small amount of dumpling using the side of the spoon. Dip the spoon back in the water until the dumpling dough falls off the spoon. Repeat for the remaining dough.
- Bring the dumplings back to a boild then turn down to medium heat.
- After a couple minutes they should be firm and are ready to remove from the boiling water.
- Add to chicken soup or whatever else you like and enjoy!
