Gluten Free Dumplings
in Two Minutes

These dumplings are very easy and fast to make, and it’s a great addition for the soup to make it more fulfilling. They are gluten free and can be a great replacement for any noodles, especially if you run out any kind of noodles or you just want to change it up a little.
Here’s a short video that will show you the step by step process.
You are going to need:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 cup of Namaste gluten free flour
Mix all these together. Then, with a spoon, scoop them into hot water and cook it for few minutes until the dumplings are firmed up. Check out the video above for detailed instructions.
