1/2 cup pecan

1/2 cup cashew

15 medjool date

about 11 freeze dried raspberries

1 tsp vanilla flavor

1/2 cup cocoa butter

Grind the dry ingredients in the food processor and mix it. Pit and ground the medjool date with the vanilla flavor in the food processor. On a low temperature melt the cocoa butter and mix it all together. I used a silicone molds to create a heart and flower shape. Use a wooden stick to create a handle to the hearts. Enjoy! xx

Hi Christy!πŸ€— Here is the marble cake recipe ❀❀ I hope you enjoy it!

6 eggs (7 if you have smaller eggs), 1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever type of milk you have), 1tbsp vanilla flavor, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2tbsp ghee, 3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup gluten free (Namaste brand) flour, 1 tsp baking soda
First whip up the eggs until it’s foamy (kitchen aid does it very nicely) then add all the rest of the ingrediencies.

Grease the glass dish and pour into mixture. Mix 1/2 cup of maple syrup with 2 and a half tbsps cacao powder and pour that chocolate mixture over the cake mix.
Bake it for 35- 40 minutes on 350 Fahrenheit

      Hello!
My favorite part of your videos are the baking and cooking. Your creativity is impressive and motivating.
There was a recipe a couple or so years ago you created using eggs, maple syrup and berries. I didn’t save the recipe and had forgotten about this delicious breakfast pie until recently.
Could you please send me the recipe if you still have it?
      Thank you so much!

Looking through this article reminds me of my previous roommate!
He constantly kept talking about this. I most
certainly will send this information to him. Fairly certain he’s going to have a great read.
    Many thanks for sharing!

YUM! I can’t wait to try these. I’m assuming these are raw nuts? Or does it matter if they are roasted and salted. Maybe a sweet and salty flavor would be good too? Now, how about sharing the chocolate muffins too? THANKS!
