Instant favorite in my family. Easy to make, great source of fiber. One of our staple recipe for breakfast. You can use canned garbanzo beans I use the ones I soaked and cooked at home so I had an extra gelatin textured water with it. You can see it in the video that is on the bottom of the post.
You will need some kind of fat/oil to fry them. I used ghee but if you are sensitive to ghee (it’s made from butter) you can use coconut oil or whatever you prefer.
2 cups of garbanzo beans
2 eggs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt (adjust to your taste)
1/4 cup chives
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 cup of gluten free flour ( I use the one from Costco the Namaste brand)
First blend the garbanzo beans with the eggs and spices in a food processor and after that you transfer it into a mixing bowl add the flour, chives and sesame seeds.
spread out with a fork in the frying pan when the oil is hot and fry them.
Enjoy!
The recipe is towards to the end of the video 🙂
Hello Noemi!!! I’m so glad you finally have your website going 👏👏 very easy to navigate.
From the first time I saw your videos I felt that connection. I also have 2 boys but they’re 18 & 19 already, I was a homemaker for their first 13 years then I went back to work. In a way I wish I could be home to clean and cook all day 😂😂. It was nice sharing this with you.
Have a nice rest of the week.
🙋♀️❤🎉👏🥳
Congratulations on the website. It looks wonderful! Can you put up the recipe for the dip you made for these fritters please? Thank you!
Thank you so much Anna, yes I already bought the pepper for it I will measure it out! :)xx
This recipe was amazing thank you so much for sharing.
I’m so glad you enjoyed it and I will have a lot’s of this kind we like this kind of food for breakfast or afternoon snack :)xx
I’m trying this!! I’ll let you know how it goes. Maybe with chili instead of having cornbread
Let me know we love the side part the most where it’s more crunchy 🙂
Are their more recipes up yet on this website,
besides the garbonzo bean recipe?
Not yet but they are coming very soon it will be faster now that the blog is up and running 🙂
Also wanted to know if Amazon sells your exact blue vacuum? I saw a red one in your Amazon store. But your blue vacuum looks differently than the red vacuum on Amazon. Hoping you can give me a link to follow?? Thank you in advance.
I can’t link that because it’s a 15 years old model and they don’t make it anymore. I’ve got great feedback on that red one I have a few people who bought that one and what they said it’s super strong! :)xx
Love the new site. U work hard and deserve a reward. I think this website is ur reward. Good luck.
Thank you so much Tina! I definitely feel now it’s coming together and I can be more creative about topics I’m not tied down with the you tube algorithm 🙂 Thank you so much for your lovely support! xoxo

How do I find your recipes? I see only one!
G’Morning!
A little late to the garbanzo fritter party🥳Wondering your thoughts on baking the ‘patties’ instead of frying?
I hope you’ve had a much deserved and earned good rest😍
Just remembered another quick question…in one of your videos you were making a savory main dish/entree where at the very end you added scrambled eggs! I’ve tried finding it again and so far, no luck! Does any of my rambling ring a bell?🙃
Thanks for all your generosity!~Dona
