Instant favorite in my family. Easy to make, great source of fiber. One of our staple recipe for breakfast. You can use canned garbanzo beans I use the ones I soaked and cooked at home so I had an extra gelatin textured water with it. You can see it in the video that is on the bottom of the post.

You will need some kind of fat/oil to fry them. I used ghee but if you are sensitive to ghee (it’s made from butter) you can use coconut oil or whatever you prefer.

2 cups of garbanzo beans

2 eggs

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt (adjust to your taste)

1/4 cup chives

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1 cup of gluten free flour ( I use the one from Costco the Namaste brand)

First blend the garbanzo beans with the eggs and spices in a food processor and after that you transfer it into a mixing bowl add the flour, chives and sesame seeds.

spread out with a fork in the frying pan when the oil is hot and fry them.

Enjoy!

The recipe is towards to the end of the video 🙂
