Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how I make my gluten free pizza. It is so delicious ad my whole family loves it as a fun dinner on a weekend night!

Next step

After letting the dough rest under the towel, it rises very nicely. The key with yeast dough is to let it rest.

After they are made into a round shape, I let them rest again and they will arise even more! The ghee that I used on the top to shape it will make it crispy as it bakes. We can use ghee because we are okay with it, but if you are super sensitive to casein, the milk protein, you can use another oil you like.

After the dough rested, I start to bake them, and the fun part is to put them into these cute boxes. Since we had to avoid so many things from our diet, we never ordered pizza, and this is a fun way to eat pizza!

Here is my recipe for the best gluten free pizza!

In todays video, I only used the Namaste flour mix. No almond flour was used in this recipe and I didn’t use eggs either so if you want to skip that, it can still taste great.

Thank you so much for visiting and watching the video and I’ll see you in the next one!
